We offer free standard shipping and returns on all orders—domestic only. We ship to many U.S. states (contact us for more information!), but we do not offer international shipping at this time.
All orders placed before 2 p.m. EST Monday–Friday will ship the same day. Orders placed after 2 p.m. EST or on Saturday or Sunday will ship the next business day.
We ship orders via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx.
We’re committed to making sure you are in love with your betterdaze.farmacybeauty.com purchase! If you’re not absolutely satisfied, simply return items for a refund or an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Our customer care representative will then email you a prepaid return label. Once we receive your item, we’ll send a refund or a replacement product. Please allow 5–7 business days to receive your refund and up to 10 business days to receive a replacement product.
Please note that we only accept returns and exchanges for items purchased on betterdaze.farmacybeauty.com. If you’ve purchased an item from one of our retail partners, please contact them directly to process your return or exchange.
